Our client, a small hospital with approximately 50-beds, is looking for a CRNA to join their team. Interested candidates must be willing to sign-on as a W2, permanent provider. Our client offers a competitive base salary (a minimum of three years’ experience is required) and full benefits including paid time off, health insurance, a sign-on bonus, education time and credit and tuition reimbursement.

In addition to working in a setting that will let you practice to your fullest extent, this opportunity puts you right smack dab in the middle of some of Michigan’s most beautiful natural treasures. Here you’ll enjoy four full seasons and be just an hour or two’s drive from places like Mackinac Island, Boyne Mountain, Michigan’s iconic Tunnel of Trees and an International Dark Sky Park.

Our client will gladly accept candidates that need to obtain licensure and the start date here is flexible – 2025 start dates are welcomed!
