Hospital and contract details are as follows:

• Shifts: 7am-3pm, 7am-5pm or 7am-7am
• Case Types: OB, General, Ortho, Healthy Peds (minimal cases), Vascular, Off-pump cardiac (if comfortable)
• Supervision: 1: 3-4 ratio
• OT and call available if desired
• Privileging can be expedited
• Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance provided
